The extra chapter was longer than any regular chapter

It was very nice too. I enjoyed the return of the copy mecha. Saeri is a total bombshell. But... why does Kawashita-sensei refuse to draw nipples? It looks weird this way, as if someone had used erased them.

^It was never monthly. It's being released quarterly.

That reminds me I forgot to check how many copies the first tankoubon sold.

She had to make another chapter of g-maru in the same month's chapter of SQ, so two chapters for November. (but it's quarterly, I'm not entirely sure how her schedule is for this kinda thing)

^cmon she used to do ichigio 100% a weekly series. that's like 12 times of the workload (just going by pages, not by the extremely fine details put into the backgrounds and stuff)

She has done covers for novels and light novels in the past, though I am sure if someone offered her a gig she would jump at the chance.

I'm just playing devil's advocate. There really isn't any reason known to us that would dictate how long these things are.

yeah, but it often fluctuates, one season there's 2 chapters, another it's one short chapter, and one time it can get a full 30-something page chapter.

The first tankoubon sold 42,891 copies in its first two weeks, which isn't very good but not that bad either, I guess. It'll probably sell between 50 and 60 thousands in total.
