What it actually needs is a Azunyan and Mio episode. Maybe Mio's parents letting it rip that they put up Azunyan for adoption due to the 1989 Japan market bubble.

Yui's parents have been revealed. And I think Mio said it well "After three years!!" Loved the look on Ui's face as Ritsu and Mio got to finally see them.

Mio seems to be the most nervous for the exam, following Ui's footsteps (and she doesn't have to take the exam, but is worried sick about Yui).

And what better way to start off a new day than with hugging Azusa?

Two more chapters to go. I'm gonna miss this one when it ends.

I think Mugi's hug took the cake this chapter. She's scary! It's like she can hug any girl and cause them to submit to her desires!

If Mio is the pretty image of the keionbu, then Azunyan is the cuddly stuffed toy of the club. Together, they are the mascots of the band.

Mugi is tirelessly advocating that they all attend the college she is applying to.

Why do I figure her family*owns* the university (board of directors, etc) and they're all automatically in if Mugi says so..... o.O

This might actually set up a few hard feelings though ... at least Mio would be hurt she didn't get in on her own merits but because of who she knew.

Even if their story is continued, it wouldn't be K-On anymore...because they won't be the Light Music Club in college.
Azusa (Ui and Jun) could be the remained one year only Light Music Club, but they'd still need a fourth member to keep it going, though that could easily fit in as side stories if the main four women are followed into their college years in what would be a spin-off/sequel series.

I am more inclined to think that it will be a real band now they are in college, with their fans starting out from JWU then expanding around Japan.

Though it wouldn't be keionbu without Sawako.
