It is indeed from the Long Riders! series - the character's name is Saijo Hinako; her family runs a Chinese Restaurant and she helps out there.

More specifically it is from episode 12 of season 2 - and it is a flight of imaginative fancy. (In other words, don't expect the series to be filled with such Railgun like content. XD )

Funny you should ask that, it's also the question asked in the top comment on the youtube video. The person who upped the video says it's from Yomigaeru Sora

I wasn't presuming you hadn't seen it. Merely that clearly a number of other people also have the same interest in the same scene of that video, enough to make that exact question the top comment on the video for a period of time. But if you really want to get technical about it, according to the datestamp on the comment on the video, it was posted 4 hours before you asked here. It probably wasn't the top comment at the time though so it probably wouldn't have been easy to find.

I am looking for a specific manga chapter. The story is about a couple of girls with at least one of them being academically gifted. She gets challenged to a chess match of all things by another girl from another school although I don't remember why they settled on that exactly. She wins the match by knocking her opponent out with a punch to the face ._.

I could have sworn that it was a chapter from A Kiss and a white lily (the girl being Shiramine Ayaka) but after I read through the whole thing it turns out that it wasn't the case. Can't really confirm but I have the feeling that whatever it is, it is in a similar vein.

There's a music section on the menu. Also, unless the website's playing a different song for me, it's supposed to be the same one used in this CM.

Yea it's the same.

I saw the page as well, I literally navigated every single link in the page but in the music page as you mentioned, there is no mention on what's the title of the BGM used. It only has details about the OP and ED of the series and none of them sound exactly like the BGM used in the CM linked by you/official site.

Unless it's another rendition of the ED. Since the BGM lyrics isn't in Japanese, I'm guessing that might be it but I'm not sure hence I'm asking.

Let me guess, the Toei version.

Anyways, the character I think you're talking about (i.e. the one with those pigtails) resembles Chiyo-chan from Azumanga Daioh.

That's actually the Kyoto Animation version.
Yuuichi in the toei version looks like this, and the toei version had much more dull color palette and I'm pretty sure it hardly had any cafeteria scene whatsoever.
