*twitch* ... *twitch* ... *shudder*
That guy is disgusting. I liked the haiku below on the page though. Something he really should bother to think about. Isn't it strange how some people dress up to conventions? I wonder where they even find the courage to do so (and I'm scared thinking wheter I should pay them a little respect for that courage) I've seen worse, too. Ever met a fat female Sailormoon Cosplayer over 50 years old doing the "Eternal Sailor Moon" including that stupid feather bow, high heeled boots and the REALLY short skirt? I was okay with it. As long as she didn't bother to come any closer than 10m. What I could not stand was the fact that she was above me on the stairs while waiting to enter the building. She actually started to BEND to fix her shoelace. ... remeber she had a REALLY short skirt on... *getsverypale* ... Excuse me for a moment, please! ----------------------------------- So, anyone else here who had such an encounter with the menaces of cosplay? I'm curious! PS: Said SailorMoonGrandma was seen at Germanys biggest Anime Convention: AnimagiC (2003) |

That's some tough shit, Lime-chan
I've seen some pretty nasty things in a report about the AnimagiC as well. How were they named again... I think it was "Tsuki no Senshi" - quivering fat en masse wearing short sailor skirts <shudder> <gets pale> |

@Lina: It truly is! ^^
Saw the Senshis, too, they're a bunch of little, corpulent chicken. We had a good laugh seeing them. For once, they played a MUSICAL life on stage. The placards showed outlines of the Senshis, sexy and slender as we all know from the anime. My friend burst into evil laughter when she saw it (we just happened to stand in front of the show-hall). She: LOOK! I: Yeah, it's a poster, so what? She: Look! *points to the poster* That's what it's supposed to be. THAT *points into the hall* is the reality..." Coincidently there was a test run with the "Tsuki no Senshis" on stage. Wow, those girls are probably 150x150x150! (1.50m tall, 1.50m wide, 150kg heavy) I wonder how they even fit in the Sailor Suits without breaking them. Their performance was... bad. I didn't see it, just heard parts of the singing and escaped into the next cinema-room. Don't know why it's always the fat chicks running around in SM costumes, they just seem to attract it... Riiight! I saw an oversized Wedding Peach, too! And a male Merle! (from Escaflowne) Those german fans are almost as strange as the americans... I really want to go to the AnimagiC this year again. It's a helluva fun! |

I have now idea who they bribed so they could do their thing there... did they threat the manager they would sleep with him if he wouldn't allow the show? Anyone who is making sailor skirts for these fat things should be publicly whipped! I've seen a male Merle once as well, but it was nowhere near as bad as some things in here... |

Hey people let's bring a positive light on cosplay for a change
Philippine cosplay over here: http://tsubasa.my-age.net/c3con.htm http://www.press-esc.net/c3con.htm We do our cosplay here with style. It may not be anime-related, but this is the coolest cosplay I have seen in a while: |
