Incredibly good...except for one part. The guy's shirt and upper arm sleeve is wrinkled in a very unnatural looking way. The lighting on the shirt seems like it's from either directly above or below, the rest of the picture has full frontal lighting, slightly above the characters. I'm not too sure about the lighting, but I know that the somewhat consistent stripes look strange (too much shadow for something that should be facing the lighting?). Also, there isn't a clear bound between his torso and arm.

I really hate to criticize such a well-done piece of art, but I can't help but notice every time I look at it.

oh yeah! i didn't think of guilty gear at all, but you're right!

nope, i don't plan on any BGs=] plus i spent 8hrs on that one, which is like a record for me (almost) in terms of a lot of time spent on one piece, so i simply couldn't afford adding BGs as well=]

Very impressive work. I like how your drawings look (are they unique.. seems like it). Probably what I would say to work on is the anatomy and the way the body is positioned. You are getting better at it though, so keep practicing.
