Bleach 193 Episode Discussion Thread
Oh my gawd, it's that time of the mon.. *correction*.. week. How is everyone doing? I hope you are ready for more Nel, because I'm not. The episode title indicates that I might be spared from that aweful screeching voice. And at the same time, I don't mind oggling her. It's almost like:
OoooO.. look at that.. how you doin'?*sigh* Enjoy the discussion. Absolutely no manga spoilers in any anime-only threads such as the weekly Episode Discussion threads. That means, no hints, or vague remarks about a future event from the manga, even within the spoiler tags. Inability to observe this rule will result in a BAN! |

Tomoko-san's voice isn't that bad. After all, I survived Saito Ayaka's voice as Hani in Ouran. Granted, she's only 20. Still, compared to Kugimiya Rie doing loli tsundere roles, Tomoko-san doesn't give me nightmares.

Good episode I guess, if you don't pay attention to the usual mediocre animation quality.
While Naruto's standards are quite good and keep getting better, Bleach has been looking awful since the filler arc and doesn't seem to be improving at all. |

What drugs were they taking when they said "oh, sure, this voice sounds good for Nel"? Epic FACEPALM. ¯\(°_o)/¯

Well putting aside Swayel's orgy party aside The best part of this episode was seeing Nel in her former Espada uniform and her complete mask. She definately looked good back in those days as well, obviously.
Well next week we finally get to see Nel's past and her relation with Nnoitora. And especially his despicable cowardly attack on my sweet Nel.

At least the dumb duo is buried under rubble or something for now. At least Ishida and Renji can face their doom without suffering additionally from those jokes . But really with puppets that share damage and the ability to systematically destroy internal organs....they are screwed. Only hope is to launch a suicide run and hope they can kill the guy before they die.

I hate when enemies fight without fighting if you know what i mean. It always leads to boring battles that have been done over and over again. I can't count how many different shows have someone fight themselves. Voodoo has been done before too, but the internal organs is a cool twist i guess. Aporro is just annoying all around. just get back to the good fights.

Would this episode be considered a filler of a sort?..
Other then Pesche and Dondochakka providing Comic Relief, and Renji showing a not so smart decision, to charge verses dodge, this episode left something to be desired…. A great fighting scene maybe.. And yes I agree, the water scene even through it may have been a little over the top for the younger audience should have been blood, with chucks of meat or something resembling stomach contents… Oh yeah I see they provided a "little" NEL candy.. What a tease.. Probably to make you watch the whole thing with hopes that there would be more of her to see later... But NO there wasn't ... that is what I call bait and switch... Well whatever…
