Bleach 165 Discussion Thread

Good morning fellow Bleach fans. As the previous episode suggested, we should see Mr. Badass (aka Grimjow) in this episode. May be this time he will go to save Rukia from those vicious and twisted pair of witches... oh wait. She doesn't have that kind of monkey problem on her back. Can't we give the supporting cast for Ichigo some power upgrade instead of Ichigo? For once, let the supporting cast save Ichigo. Is it too much to ask? Well, yes it is considering this is pure shounen.

exactly, the finish was just superb and they played "storm center" too, right? the anime team is on the right track Inoue's reaction towards Ulqiorra is very interesting..

Ah! finally Ichigo vs. Grimmy. I thought the Grimmy vs. Ulq battle was gonna last longer but seems that Grimmjow didn't had time to be fighting Ulgui and pulled a fast one there, quick thinking.

And whoa!! those previews really do spoil a lot

I'm really excited about this week's episode. I wonder how long that man to man talk between grimmjow and Ulqiorra going to last. My bet is 2 seconds. All last week's episode did was just get me more excited for this episode so let round one begin.

On a side note.... poor ichigo is going to need much more than a simple power up to move forward. Even with his hollow powers, he's still nothing to the godly aizen. All he need is the up,up,down,down,left,right,select,start to win. If you can't beat'em fair and square you could always use a game genie. ROFL!!!

What an episode, Bleach is so GOODddd right now...the feeling I get from this episode is the same I got back when Ichigo was fighting with Byakuya in Soul Society. Im jumping out of my seat with anticipation for next weeks episode.

It's becuase they saw the raws and most of them read the manga so they know what's going to happen.

hmmm. just got done watching the episode. they did kinda change some things from the manga. grand ray cero distorted the sky and Halibel was watching from afar when he released it. Maybe they'll repeat and show it correctly on april 9th. damn thats a long time from now.

fight wasnt as great as the 1st fight. how is grim not dominating him in bankai form. ichigo already knows he needs to call forth the mask in order to even fight grim.

another thing i dont get it why did he go all out on ulq but he doesnt on grim and he knows he can dominate him with the mask on. so many unanswered questions.

also to speak on this different colored cero's. may i just go ahead and say that ulq's cero indicates that he's a vasto lorde. why else would the color be bluish-green???? grim's was red right?? more evidence thats pointing toward vasto lorde status.

Good episode, but the next one is going to be amazing. Also great Illustration short at the end too, but this weeks episode just flew by... it ended just as it started at least thats how it felt
