This leads to a contrived awkward moment between him and Yuki in the infirmary, after a bee causes them to topple onto one another. Nothing comes of it, but Yuki runs off, flustered, and the same scenario appears to have been running through both their heads.

Later, Kento shows up, and wants to have a word with Seiji.

Another possibility (following on from my previous post): Kento is not completely a red herring, but is there to light the fires of jealousy in Seiji by raising the specter of Shou being "easy". Though I suppose we'll find out in the next chapter.

We don't know that yet, so it is best not to think Negative. Keep the positive points on, anyway if this is going to be NTR I am going to dropped this immediately. Reading up to the latest chapter and memorizing all the details for this result, it isn't going to sit well with me. Though if Utsumi goes back to Yuki, I may pick it up later when everyone says so.

If they replaced drama with fanservice...this would be the sluttiest shounen manga in Jump...on par with KNIM.
Kinda hard to keep a positive outlook when this manga resorts to drama based plots every time Utsumi starts getting happy.
Having Yuki as the final girl and him eventually breaking up with Shou is a dead given...I just wish there wasn't any drama needed. I mean...not all break ups have copious amounts of drama poured into them...

I personally don't like Yuki, she's just to damn wishy washy. But as prophecy going to be fulfilled, Utsumi (aka the big f***k up) will go crawling back to her and slobber all over her toes in an instant.

Oh and btw, this runs in Magazine, not Jump. I have YET to see a Jump manga that dealt with sex in the slightest............Maybe Orange Road but I never read it.
