OKay, I couldn't watch this one but here:
2chan link: http://dec.2chan.net/18/res/9359381.htm
Then can anyone tell me how was X fight and which song they used, I know I shouldn't expect fake red shoes after all, but it's a faint hope, either another good one

So, they cut out more than half of the fight and pretty much the entire epitaph discussion by the adults.

I'll reserve my final judgement until I watch the RAW, but even though I've been really optimistic so far, especially considering the last two episodes, this severely hurt my opinion of the anime. Well, at least it looks like the Meta-Discussion was pretty extensive.

Everone knows 2chan they only post images of interesting moments, so the adults conversation didn't ahve 2 but Eva's finding was second-by-second. They pretty much kept the elements of Virgilia's fight (now remembered we can call her like that from now on), and all the mates were kept

All mates were like that, you can't blame them because the VN had the full screen for the spear alone. At least they kept them, that's what's important, I even remember a Stalemate one in the anime

EDit: soldiers!!!!

Looking at the screenshots, it looks like they kept the elements I was most afraid they'd leave out. (Yes! Finally, a diagram at long last! Bravo!)

you worry about a silly fight scene? what about the size of that 10 ton of GOLD!!! EHEH

Anyway people were b___ing it on 4chan and many people really have no concept of how big of a pile 10 tons of gold is. Let's just say it's a lot smaller than you thing.

Don't jump to to conclusions with the gold. They could have simply moved some of it in the room.

If they are using a rough standard bar (movie sized bar), each bar weighs 400 ounces...or 25 pounds (12.44 kg)

Gold is weighed in Troy ounces. Here we can't tell which ton they are using. American Standard or Metric tons. Though one suspects them to be using a standard so tonne would be 1,000 kg. One tonne being about 80.386 bars.

This 10 tons of gold, using movie standards, equals slightly over 800 bars of gold.

If the count is right, and there are 806 bars in that stack...there are over 10 tons of gold sitting there.

Don't tell me that DEEN actually went and researched the dimensions of 10 tons of gold...

On the other hand, 10 tons of gold suddenly doesn't seem quite as impressive anymore

The important thing is the worth, it's 20 BILLION yyens, that's an awful lot of money, you would ghave enough for two or three lives and even you wouldn't spend it all

Each bar is worth $405,600 US Dollars as of a week ago.

So the whole stack as of September 22, 2009 would be worth....$326,913,600 US Dollars.

1986 was a relatively high year for gold, but it wouldn't be back to that level again until 2005 or so.
