Great fun episode! Everyone looked great in their swimsuits and I had some good laughs.
Hearing Yoshihiko go "uki uki" haha
Oh man, I wanted to see more Naoe, I didn't get nearly enough! (she kept getting shut down...)

Inshun's my favorite dark samurai, wish she'd talk more. (patting the sand off her butt... so cute!)

And next week... we finally get Maeda! Been waiting too long for this moment, on more week left, can I bare it? Can I? Ahhh, I don't know!

that was hella funny. Takahiro Sakurai delivered that line great and the fact that Sakurai voices Yoshihiko made it even funnier for me

anyway, I'm excited for next week's episode... Maeda Keiji finally appears, I still do wonder how Mamiko Noto will deliver this role. Oh and I missed Aoi Yuuki doing the other Jubei's voice, when will she return anyway?

Next week - the preview said exactly as much. And then Matabei sniffed her, because this is the preview, and they can go audio-only.

Gisen is technically part of the harem but is not a master samurai yet. Maybe she will be one in the anime since she wasn't in the LN.

Muneakira being useless as ever. Would be nice to see the guy is actually worth his screentime.
With Ginsei and Naoe episode is always entertaining. Yeah, protagonist team being scheming bastards was fun. But if they later going to duke it out seriously and beat the other team it will be confusing.

Well in retrospective, a General should never be in the Front Lines or Fighting, instead coordinating his troops to fight. Though in the Light Novel, Generals fight Generals I think.

Oh man I'd love to see that! That'd be pretty damn cool, it's a shame because I actually like Muneakira's design and character, so I would've liked to see him duke it out with some other generals.

I don't about other generals, but Muneakira's defense against Ginsen is full of breaches. Damn Sen is one of my favourites and sadly her pic aint that tasty as others. btw do we allowed to be spoiled by novel info in this thread?

Despite the anime took a very different turn and changed a lot from the light novel I think its best not discuss such info here as there are still some story similarities between them.

Samurai Bride 06 - The Juubei of Juubei

I was wondering why Gutsugutsu had turned herself into Snidely Whiplash all of a sudden, and it turns out the answer was given to me right at the start. Even when Gutsugutsu is competent for an episode, it's not even her competence that prevails. The flashbacking got a bit long in the tooth at the start of the episode, but it turned into an entertaining little turning point in the series. True Shadow only lasted as long as it needs to, and even if that means no more maid fanservice, there's plenty of other types of fanservice that exist out there. And now some of them will be visited upon by Inner Jubei. Aoi Yuki with Jubei's body and that voice getting herself into comedic and fanservice situations and not being "badass" all the time... is a recipe for success! Keiji's a nice addition to the cast, too. Confident, yuritastic and also kinda reminding me of Daidouji. The second half of the series is going to be fun!
