There isn't much about it other than that it's a new little OVA being directed by Satou Junichi and produced by Hal Film Maker (do they love each other or something?). The official website is here.

I'm sure lots of people love Satou Junichi (he worked on Princess Tutu, Aria, Umimono, Kaleido Star, Strange Dawn, etc.) and are looking foward to this. I'm kind of looking foward to this in a way. The characters look soooooooooo CUTE!!! And I think I know which girl in the website is the main character. It's basically gonna be about a young girl who likes photography and lives near a beach, but that's about it. And call me crazy, but...I SINCERELY hope this isn't gonna turn out to be an ecchi/fan-service infested OVA! It's supposedly the newest "healing anime" that Satou has directed (first being Aria, second being Umi Monogatari).

you just have to mention Satou Junichi to get my attention.

the description alone sounds very Slice-of-Life-ish...

I would love to see him working on another series again, but an OVA is all good. really looking forward to another Slice-of-Life show only Satou Junichi can create. :P

A few updates on the website.

We now have a couple of character profiles, with two more to go. you can also sample the voices!

ANN lists the following Cast. (see here also)

Sawatari Fu : Ayana Taketatsu (竹達彩奈)
Hanawa Kaoru : Kana Asumi (阿澄佳奈)
Okazaki Norie : Yuka Iguchi (井口裕香)
Sakurada Maon : Yuko Gibu (儀武ゆう子)
Shihomi Riho : ???

by the way here's the interview with Ayana Taketatsu (Azusa in K-on!)
Shihomi Riho's voice sounds a bit like Akari. :P

by the way, this happens to be the ending song for Kiki's Delivery Service. (see youtube video)

oh I'm so looking forward to this. I get the feeling Sakurada Maon is going to be my favorite character after listening her "voice" (and I like her character design the most).

Yeah, it's at "25:00", which to say 1:00am on 6 September. Works out to be 5 September at 16:00 UTC or 12:00pm EDT.

I was afraid we had heard the last of her when I read an interview in which she said her ambition was to eat her way around the world with the one she loved.
