Hello you all
I have an avy I made for a friend, just 4 frames but the size is 27.3 kb and I just cant seem to get it down to the max of another forum's avatar rules
Can anyone slim this down for me to just under 19.5 kb so my friend can use it?

I'd like to suggest an avatar from Fairy Tail episode 5
Time: 12:21 - 12:22
The shot is Natsu's blueish face with sweat dropping down, right after he's fired up but gets movement sickness from the train ride, I'd like an avy of his face with sweat rolling, looped if possible
size: 100x100, Asuki friendly and with 2 borders like I have now (2px white and 1px black)

Um..I guess I can request avatar borders here?

I really don't know my way around photoshop or whatever program is used to make borders, so I don't know any specific styles, but I do have a graphic of an inspiration I had in mind:

Something like that, but in these tints of purple:

The .GIF I want it put around is this:

I'd just prefer you do it in a cool electric-like way like my inspiration, but feel free to try anything you'd like, I don't mind

Are you sure you posted the correct link or the correct timeframes? I get a Moetan episode 6 part 1 and no sneezes in there (at least in the timeframes you mentioned).
