Still, with it being just about two months since it's released, i'm still humming Family Mart Cosmos to myself each day.

So it's been bothering me for a while that I can't find the lyrics to "Koi no Dogfight (Chotto Dake)" from CMRanka. I've been working on writing the romaji by ear for a few days now, and here are the results:

I just came back from Hong Kong's May'N Big Wave Asia Tour concert ;___________;


She is an unreasonably adorable looking human being. It's also insane how she now sounds exactly like her recorded voice on stage @____@ the hand gesture dances are super cute and she really knows how to get an active performance going. I think the one I was looking most forward to was Universal Bunny, and that was insanely adorable too! Seriously the bunny ear poses were just so >////< and when she finally reached "Don't Be Late" near the end of the show, she was belting even harder than ever @_@

That woman has...insane stamina. All that running, endless singing and dancing;;; She never went off tune throughout the duration of the show, and not a single beat was off. Even if "Diamond Crevasse" was sung a zillions times already, the fanboys were cheering mad hard and it was still passionate as ever ;___; "Kimi Shinitamou Koto Nakare" was sung too (Shangri-La) and that was surprisingly really well received too >_<!

NakaMegu is going to release her first album that has a Ranka-only Lion.

Personally, I gotta wonder how that turns out, will they change around the arrangement to suit NakaMegu's voice, as I always thought her voice was quite odd and unsuited in the original duet, then again it, in a way, complemented May'n's strong vocals.

Also, in other news, Yoko Kanno was spotted in May'n's Hong Kong concert.

That may sound unkind, but I think that has "disaster" written all over it. Lion, IMO, relies on a strong lead voice and Megu doesn't have that, really. Her voice is more suited to Britney-like teeny bopper stuff.

Lion = strong voice is what I believe too, unless they rearrange it to accommodate NakaMegu's vocals (but then I don't think it would be Lion anymore). And yeah, NakaMegu's voice only seems to fit slow and even paced songs. *remembers that Northern-Cross-like song in Tenshi ni Naritai mini-album and cringes*

I adore the outfit she wears for Universal Bunny and LION. *u* It gives me the excuse to cosplay Sheryl as May'n. : D (Actually, that outfit would look pretty good with a pink/blond wig.)

Interesting. Thanks for the news and glad to see Megumi releasing a new album. It's been a while since I've heard anything from her but I don't mind the idea of a Ranka - Lion solo, so long as she has developed her voice more. Megumi is a good singer and I want to hear what she has learned from all her new experiences.

That is an earworm You know, I would like to hear May'N try to do the Nyan Nyan song in her "cutesy" voice, I was surprised how "moe" she actually sounds in the more recent concert videos (Universal Bunny I believe.)
