Actually so far only one of those k-on chara nominated got in. The Go Club President.
The others all end up as "need more information/picture/better description" and need resubmission. I guess this should be on the last day when you can nominate chara from any series.

Just thought of this, but this year's format essentially reduces block voting, due to fewer matches per day, and increases the chance of split votes, due to more characters per match.

In short, this year is going to be far more unpredictable than previous years.

Oh well this year saimoe already unpredictable with some saimoe first class character returned and many new infamous newcomer...

Maybe this will become the best saimoe so far or we will get troll ending again XD

The way things were going last year, I thought Yui (K-ON) was an acceptable winner. I didn't see Taiga winning the whole thing before the tournament started.

The thing is Yui would not have made it that far without beating Hinagiku.

2009 was a great tournament that just happened to have my #1 character from prelims end up on top. As much as I'd love to see her again, staying undefeated leaves a nice legacy.

Speaking of Rie-chan, she hasn't been very active the last seasons, this could help focus the support on Shana making it a little easier to face all the strong competitors (old and new) this year.

You don't need to worry about major chara as japan certainly would nominate them.
The nomination period for series with H is currently on going, and hanyuu already was nominated twice, and one of them was on the very first nominations post for H.

Nah, too easy. Depending on the draw she might get kicked out even earlier. Too many new (strong) faces.
