It is a song that has very long intro (about 2-3 minutes) before the actual lylric start. Intro part are sing as "La la la...La la la...La la la la la la la" repeatly. I think it may be the OP or ED from old anime in the same era as Digicarat (Actually, I think it is a song from this show but I can't find this song on youtube)
