JJBA: Stardust Crusaders - Not even a question!
Mushishi : Zoku-Shou ~ I still can't believe this got a 2nd season. Very glad for that.
(OVA) Gundam Unicorn 07 (FINAL) - Only a few more months. Pleasant ride of following the series over the past few years.

Love Live S2 - I only saw the series last month and liked it quite a bit. Eagerly look forward to seeing more of the cast~

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - I've heard various things about this series... so worth a try I guess.
No Game, No life - This caught by interest a while back, so am looking forward to it.


Jojo, Mushishi, and Unicorn's finale are the ones I am most excited for.

Looks kinda average season to me. But half of these shows I know nothing about so they might turn really good... o not.

This is strange. Maybe I am getting less interested in anime as I get older, but... I can't really find anything that sounds interesting on that list. I know they're just little blurbs about the series and a single picture, but... nothing really caught my eye as something I'd watch for sure. Maybe the Idolm@ster one? I don't know...

I watched Walkure Romanze this past Fall, but that was probably the first series I'd watched in over a year. Just not finding as many series interesting, unlike when I was still in undergrad and was watching, usually, 3-4 series each in Fall/Spring/Summer.

I don't know how anybody can think this spring anime season isn't going to be epic.. I am finding the current season really boring with only continuing series any good.

1) Mahouka Koukou no Rettousai - If done correctly this series is SwordArt level.
2) No Game, No Life - Again if done correctly going to be SwordArt level, but this series has the most potential to become a Campion! like.. i.e. not good.
3)Jojo.. enough said.

After this its going to be a bunch of series that look interesting with potential to be good.

Definitely in for:
Soul Eater Not: I'm hoping this does well. If only so my dreams of an anime adaptation of the manga material left untouched for the original series can continue .

Jojo Stardust Crusaders: No doubt on this one. I wasn't sure I'd like it when I first heard about the original, but I really did enjoy it. So I'm in for more story.

Fairy Tail: I'm ready for more . Somehow survived the break so will be glad to see this weekly again.

Baby Steps: For better or worse I can't ignore this one. I'm really hoping they do a solid job with this since I did enjoy the manga quite a bit.

Love Live S2: First season was good fun and I'm sure this will be too.


Maybe:
No Game, No Life - No idea what to expect here, but seems like it could be fun.

Black Bullet - Premise sounds interesting enough to give a shot.


There's a bunch that are on the maybe train for me, but honestly there's not much I can say from premise alone. The fact that there are so many series I know nothing about gives me a good feeling about the season though. More chances to be surprised . At the very least it will be a piece of cake to blow the winter season away.

It's usually the winter season that sucks and the spring season that's filled with awesome goodness, but this year roles seem to be reversed...

Might watch:

- Date A Live II - watched the first season - entertaining, but overall not exactly a high-tier show.
- Mahouka - there's a lot of hype behind it, but personally I'm not convinced whether it's worth giving a try or not (not familiar with the LNs).
- Mekaku City Actors - again, not sure. It looks interesting, but then it's been a long time since I've watched (and actually enjoyed) anything done by SHAFT aside from the Monogatari series...

Well, at first glance Spring looks awful, but I think that every season, then I wind up finding stuff to watch, anyway.

Must Watches, Because I Read the Source Material and Like it.
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: It can be a little Mary Sue-ish like SAO and suffers from Too Much Explanation at times, but it can be fun if you keep your expectations in check.
Kanojo ga Flag wo Oretara: The more I read, the more whacked out it gets. Works for me.
Hitsugihime no Chaika: What I read, I liked.
Yama no Susume 2: I liked the first season. I want a full cour of this in 23 minute eps, dammit.
Mangaka to Assistant: It works for me.
Soul Eater Not: I used to read it, then it disappeared. Now it's an anime.

As I get older, I generally skip a show if I see "First year student..." or "At XXXX High School..." unless it's comedy, or I know the material and like it. But I'm really cutting down on that stuff.

I probably would have watched Baby Steps about 2 years ago, because I was really into the manga then, and while I think it's a fine manga, its fatal flaw is that it's about tennis.

Date A Live II-- I'd watch it if I ever get around to finishing the first season.

Oh, maybe I'll watch that awful-sounding thing about the magical girls based on Japanese city mascots, or something like that. It sounds totally messed up in the head.

I hope it's either a 0 or a 100. Please don't be a 50. There's way too much 50 stuff out there these days.
