Yeah since the forum crash I'll start my thread a new. If thats okay.

So I got the tree idea from 123Hamster from this *~ Second Contest Winners announced ~*

So I hope that he isn't mad at me cause I trying to work on my trees. I really need to work on them. So cerdit goes to Hamster for helping out by giving us exmaples of what a tree should look like hehe. XD So here my hoilday cheer for everyone. So I hope that everyone has a rocking one. I did this all on my adobe which is a first for me ^^;;



heres a really old one. I did. I can't beleive I still had it. ^^;

both ryan and me are winning as Jason is a little mad that he is behind. Well since I have time off I'll try to get more stuff up.

In the first pic, I think the gift boxes could use some more shading XDD
And the 2nd pic.. the guy on the left reminds me of Harry Potter! :P hehehe but rebecca is cute ><

I have my own but its a little buggie at times. ^^;; maybe I'll get a new one or some more art stuff for xmas or new years. I still have a lot of ious from my family on gifts

Yeah I agree that I needed to add some more shading maybe under the bow and other stuff on the tree to give it a little more depth and gifts were just added super fast to give some ground cover XD

Hehe please don't tell Ryan that ! yeah he does look a lot like Harry Potter, and kinda evil Harry Potter cause he growing a beard. So its like evil harry hehe XD

the tree is cute...but u need finer detail, like branches, the fern trees alike also arent fluffy ......hope ur ok with critiques

Hmmm... methinks you have to move the ribbons since the perspective of the gifts looks to be a top perspective while the tree has a err.... "front" perspective. Cute 2nd pic~

I am glad that someone is making use of the sample...... After all that's what it's for. Though it would be better to use real reference from photo or from life since my picture is far from the best reference out there.
