what about the jupiter traveling technology?

For the Corner alejandro faction:
it was possible to go to jupiter station (where GN drive was developped) and come back in less than 80 years and built the thrones gundams.

That solar energy could make the travel possible in less than 80 years in reality?
judging from that the earth countries need the elevator (fixe position) to convert energy and go to space, how could they move(spaceship) in space so faster in space? Judging from the crap solar technology level on military.
They needed to sleep during the travel? Seems like the corner faction doesn't own the shroenberg science to do that possible and doesn't use any innovator to make it. At that time they haven't stole yet the plan.
Distance Earth-jupiter is on 968 millions km.

For CB:
So what could be the technology use to travel? it may be important (and first needed) as the GN drive technology. Essencialy a powerfull energy, a pre-level to GN particule?
But knowing that event the ptolemy need Gn particules to move, and seem not to move faster than the HRL space ship,
why did the CB faction didn't use the same technology propulsion as during time "traveling to jupiter" ? If CB can go to far as jupiter why not to go far away to hide when you need it? And let other running out of energy. Make a CB base on Mars in that way instead of moon.

I'm pretty sure we could make it to Jupiter and back in less than 80 years today. The planned NASA mission to Mars would take about 3 years. The problem is microgravity has a negative affect on the human body. Would would be likely to be unable to move under normal gravity when you got back.

Does 00 gundam beam are stronger because of its twin drive? How about we all discuss about weapon instead.
Problem is the definition of strong, the Aheads are more advanced than the GNX-III, but that doesn't mean it can sustain damage from a gn weapon. Remember that only the Federation, A-Laws and CB have access to GN weaponary. Considering that kataron (and the other nations who didn't joined the federation) don't have access to GN weapon, why even bother to equip/develop them with anti-GN coating or GN protection. Bear in mind that they thought CB is no more.

It seems the Twin Drive System relays on the TD Blankets. The test three months ago and all other previous test failed because of instabilities in the TD Blanket. Anyone care to guess why?

Considering that the blanket are pretty limited and probably hard to manifacture, you need to know that evertime you build something it will be never 100% identical to each other. So my guess is that the Exia's and the 0's blanket have much more in commmen that the others.

It doesn't take 80 years or so to get to Jupiter - with our present spacecraft technology. Voyager 1, which doesn't have an active propulsion system, took only 3 years to reach Jupiter at it's nearest, although depending on the orbital alignment of the Earth to Jupiter it can take anywhere from 3-6 years to travel to Jupiter. Given another 3-6 years to get back to Earth this gives you a minimum of 6-12 years round trip time. This of course, not considering factors like waiting for ideal orbital alignment for travel, and of course the production time for the GN Drives.

They may have thought CB was no more, but it's apparent they still have Anti-beam defenses: In episode 1, the Ahead's shield was able to take a few direct beam hits before becoming useless, and the GN-XIII has anti-beam smokescreens.

Also, the GN Lance is mentioned in the HG GN-XIII's spec profile to be able to penetrate GN Fields; yet Kataron doesn't even have anything capable of producing GN Fields. So even if they thought CB was gone, they nonetheless still created offensive and defensive technologies to fight CB tech.

what doesn't make sense to me is how the suits where still able to change motion direction within the anti GN particle field. Outside going in, no problem just use your existing momentum to move through it. But once you're inside wouldn't the screen mess up the output of GN particles for movement adjustment?

That smoke only diffuses the GN particle beam concentration. It doesn't really affect anything else.

hmm makes sense. it'll be interesting to see if the other gundams will mount conventional weapons for situation when they're cause in a cloud like that.

Those smoke weapon is really something useful for GN-XIII. Too bad 00 Gundam's sword is stronger than its lance . But it is risky too, the smoke can almost render their own Ahead useless too since all it uses are beam weapon

A-Laws unit in OP

Haven't seen this discussed, but there is an A-Laws unit in the OP, which is very different from the Ahead and GN-XIII's that have been seen. It is seen fighting with GN-007 Gundam Arios an GN-006 Gundam Cherudim

It seems to have a blue visor face plate and lined with yellow lined decal on it's scarlet body and black shoulder armor plating. It also appears that it has an attachment like 0-Riser...

Has there been any information released on this, like Kit Model data or something? (or is it too early to speculate?)

It was shown in a magazine few weeks again. But nothing is known about it other than it's an Ahead variation. I think it's Soma's, as it has those shoulder armors like the Tieren Taozi's

Graham has always been left handed.

Even his Flag had it's shield on the right hand side.

Thank you. You just reminded me. I have been testing fonts forever to get a match to Celestial Being's font.

Unfortunately, it's a GN Font that can only be created near Jupiter
