Well Ukitake is down and out so he is most likely getting healed . Also note there is no mention of Unohana who was right behind Ichigo . So she is most likely doing the healing . Yamaji is the last bastion of defense he will only move when his troops fail or nessecary . As seen during the Allon scenario .

For me KT did very stupid when he made Ichigo don the mask.
Now the entire SS knows about his hollow powers. Even it was implied that every1 knew, because of Rukia's narration when Ichigo was fighting Yammy, it's still stupid. His mask was a somehow a mystery because only a few people saw him in it(excluding Vizards).

And also if he puts a mask, will it be his new maks and will he have difficulties with it like before?

well rukia has had opportunity to see him masked before, but the captains not so much. although shinji already spilled the beans in his little chat with yama-jii when they first showed up by saying they were allies of ichigo.

I think you mean shitting them self if it was the Super arrancar form

this does sound kinda retarded for a 2 week break, hopefuly its false or better than they discribed. everyone fighting to protect ichigo sounds like something from Naruto.

Well, Komamura knew about it, so it's 99% that everybody already know. Plus, I think hollofication wasn't something SS didn't know about.
