Exactly. This is what I have been saying. The the zombies you are dealing with are put down for good by the destruction of the brain, a handgun would be fine. And a large truck would be just as good. I was just replying to those wanting the group tp get super specialized ammuition and military vehicles.

Otherwise, a good pintle-mounted M2HB could do the trick, but then again with the noise it's making, it's a double-edged blade. Especially if you need to stop, reload and/or replace the barrel to prevent overheating.

IIRC it was already exploited in volume two in the bridge scene (Act 6), although that time the police used the bulldozer to keep (non-infected, which is a pity) civilians at bay.
The problem with those vehicles, however, is that they have limited mobility because of the tracks - it takes time changing directions, although they're pretty efficient when it comes to brute force. Not to mention that the cabin is less well protected than an APC's interior. I don't think it'd take long for a zombie to break through the glass and take a bite off the driver's face. ... Unless, of course, they do what the Russians do in Chechnya - load the vehicles' roofs with riflemen to provide extra protection in case there is an ambush (although I believe Western doctrine highly advises against that).

Agai n, I am not saying those vehicles are not better, I am saying that the chances the main characters find one are very small. I am looking at this realistically, while many of you are getting into fantasy on the weapons and vehicles.

I knew this works when I found this forum. Thanks;D.
Positive Point; The picture is beautiful. The hero's group all most always face despair. Chaos increase more and more. Negative Point; The hero too get a lot of attention from women X(. The heroine act foolishly... If zombies will be a little wise, this manga is more interesting... |

Zombies can't be more intelligent. Their brain has been deteriorated until all that is left is the sections for simple motor functions an the instinct to feed.
Also, you can tell Vel is using a Japanese-English translator, lol. |
