Okay, at least this one's slightly funnier than the recent chapters. I'm not so sure it resembles sparks of Onigiri re-igniting, though I'm a fan.

In any case, it is nice to see Yakumo back in this simple but "informative" chapter about Karasuma as well and possibly Harima's own thoughts regarding his beloved Tenma-chan.

Theory...

maybe in the trip Harima would do something stupid and will re-open his wound and one of the girls will help him. I have no clue...and Karasuma and that ASOU will get lost somewhere and go gay together

Onigiri's pretty much snuffed out. Yakumo's forever doomed to be an "unrequited love" character, alongside Yuuki, Nara, Suga, and the rest of the forgettable side bunch

I agree about your assessment of Yakumo's odds, but I think that Yuuki has a chance of ending up with Hanai, slim though it may be, after reading Chapter 234.

'Forgettable' is the last word I'd think of, but perhaps 'unrequited' just might be a word to describe Yakumo's feelings.

Doubtful. Yuuki's in the exact same boat as Yakumo (even in 234 she couldn't get the words out, it's likely she never will), so unless Mikoto suddenly gets written out of the series, she's pretty much screwed.

I'd say her feelings are closest to "nonexistent."

Imadori x Ichijou. It's quite obvious after Imadori gets jealous of Ichijou's boss that he likes her (though it's fairly clear before then, too).

There's an important difference: Yuuki actually wants to express her feelings for Hanai and clearly desires a deeper, romantic relationship with him, while the same cannot be said with as much certainty for Yakumo's sentiments for Harima. Everyone tries to match up Mikoto and Hanai, but the two don't really seem to want a romantic relationship.

This time, if Karasuma really leaves, perhaps something will pick up. Perhaps pigs might fly and the sun will rise from the west.

Frankly speaking, I would be praying for no reset of his leave at this point in time, or at least having the Oudou go somewhere.

But there's one more thing that intrigues me even more in this chp - Spoiler for 237: when he heard about karasuma leaving, first Harima thought was "what is tenma chan going to do?" FINALLY! he accepted the fact that tenma isn't in love with him, but whith karasuma! Meaning that his tunnel vision will break! horrray!!! i sure hope that this is like that
