And here we go. While Shirayuki could get a bit crazy she definitely had her moe moments. Liked Kyoko by the end of Madoka so easy call here.

Got to love Kuroneko. While I've fallen a bit behind with Guilty Crown it's not because Tsugumi hasn't been great

I'll thank those delusions for some of Eu's best moments

. Tsurara had some really nice moments in that improved second season.

Despite how messy C3 could get at times, Fear found a way to bring moe to it. Have really liked Inami's character in both seasons so this group was easy.

ARENA 05: Ayuzawa Misaki Honma Meiko Konoe Subaru [Morishima Haruka] Nakamura Yuri [Shinomiya Ayase] Takahara Ayumi
These two stood out over the rest which made it a really easy choice.

ARENA 06: [Charlotte Dunois] Gasai Yuno Kisaragi Chihaya Matsumae Ohana Shinonono Hōki Taneshima Poplar [Wendy Marvell]
Fun to see the Fairy Tail characters in this one. Best of luck to Wendy, hoping for no faceplants

Nymph was an easy choice over everyone for me. But bit of a tougher call for the rest, but went with Ami in the end.

Easy choice for Rika since I'll always support her in this kind of thing

Hitagi dominates anywhere I think. Ikaros while not my favorite had a lot of good moments though this was a tough group for me.

Another tough group. But I'll give Nadeko the nod and Rin is always an easy choice.

Bit of a fun one since I wasn't that attached to the characters here. Went with my gut.

Tommorow's matches are going to be a bit harder to predict, since a few of these matches can go either way, particularly in the Nova division. A more detailed look on my personal thoughts and predictions for tomorrow's match can be found here.

These are much easier for me to decide. Less characters from dating-sim animes that I never watched. (Clannad/Air triggers my uncanny valley reflex with those weird eyes... brrrr scary)

12 more matches, only 3 groups (all stella groups) where I can guarantee 2 votes without having to worry about leaving out any other favorites. The other 9, either neutral or I will end up with 3 or more favorites where I will have to leave out a few favorites.

The toughest groups for me this time would be Nova 7 and 12 with four favorites and Nova 8 with five favorites

I can pick 2 in every single groups this time around. Two particular hard one...
1. Stella 4 - Kind of going for Shana & Kagamin. But there's also Kurimu and Kuroko...
2. Nova 8 - Now this is a nightmare...don't know which 2 to pick out of Akarin, Aria, Shoko, Moka, and Kirino...

Other than that, Nova 11 I have a little trouble picking my 2nd choice after Niku, and can actually give out one of those "I'll vote for her whenever I can" vote to Holo in Stella 5...

EDIT: Since my post is not that far from being the last...

As far as result...
Group 1 - No comment since it's almost as expected. Kanade is not going to get stop even now...
Group 2 - Mami seriously don't get any love in ISML. My Wife #2 get a nice and easy win, Yozora is okay, but Mami can't beat Kanade is just meh...On the other hand, I do underlook Mayo Chiki quite a bit (Mainly b/c my only favorite from that series didn't even get in...)
Group 3 - Seriously, Sora > Ika-chan? SERIOUSLY? On the other hand, Madoka can't even get close to Eu-kun, who'll crash and burn into nowhere once things get started (Or not...forgot that Zombie S2 is coming out in April...)
Group 4 - I'm starting to doubt whether people actually know how to vote or not...Yui-nyan winning is one thing, but she literally dominate, and to think that she's not even close to the best AB can offered. On the other hand, poor Alice getting absolutely no love. I guess bad series (anime-wise...but what do I expect from the JC Staff + LN combination anyway) just doesn't help.
Group 5 - Watch Angel Beats (Kanade aside) crash and burn...Yurippe is not THAT moe (On the other hand, her competition in this group is just not strong)
Group 6 - Other than the fact that Poplar gets absolutely no love at all, I don't care...
Group 7 - Poor Uguu...I mean, being last is one thing, but can't even beat Rukia in a moe competition?
Group 8 - Very meh...not like I expect anything else (Uiharu is just not that strong...)
Group 9 - Fuko > CC would have been better for me...
Group 10 - Another meh...Kobato (not the chuu-ni imouto) getting no love. Other than that, no surprises.
Group 11 - Surprise that Nagi finish 4th, considering that she finishes ahead of Ui and Last Order last year...
Group 12 - Nothing unexpected here either.

At least this gives me idea of strength of new girls. As usual, there are some BS results that make no sense but on the other hand, I do undervalue some girls...

Thoughts:

-Out of the Nova autoqualifiers, Eucliwood felt like having fallen the most. Charlotte also felt weaker, though that was too be expected. Kuroneko doesn't feel too much weaker, and Kanade is as strong as ever, so I'm relieved on those counts.
-On the newcomers, Yozora was a bit stronger than I expected, and Menma did quite a bit better than I thought, although it may be that this is melee rather than 1v1. Yuno did OK since we're still in melee, but I expected Charlotte to pull the distance a bit more. The Madoka crew performed about as much as I expected, which is not that strong at all. Yune is just completely disappointing, but you can't win them all.
-On the stella side of matters, I think Nagi's 4th place is more due to the mislableling of her name during the first hour on the two Chinese pages than her own (lack of) strength. Otherwise, everyone performed about as much as I predicted, other than Rin seeming to have benefited more from F/Z than I thought (too bad Nadeko was also benefited somewhat from nise).

Hate Arena 3's results: Incest-chan got more votes than Ika

Not surprised that Eu got a boatload of votes. I wonder if Season 2 of Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka is going to strengthen her.

Japan really pushed for Kyouko in Group 1.

Russia sure loves its yanderes with Yuno winning there.

While Shirayuki could get a bit crazy she definitely had her moe moments. Liked Kyoko by the end of Madoka so easy call here. ARENA 02: [Gokō Ruri (Kuroneko)] Mikazuki Yozora Shimada Minami Shinonome Nano Suzutsuki Kanade Tomoe Mami [Tsugumi] Got to love Kuroneko. While I've fallen a bit behind with Guilty Crown it's not because Tsugumi hasn't been great . ARENA 03: Ayase Chihaya [Eucliwood Hellscythe] Ika-Musume Kaname Madoka Kasugano Sora Kunieda Aoi [Oikawa Tsurara] I'll thank those delusions for some of Eu's best moments . Tsurara had some really nice moments in that improved second season. ARENA 04: [Fear Kubrick] Himeji Mizuki [Inami Mahiru] Shionji Yūko (Alice) Tsurugi Minko Yui Yune Despite how messy C3 could get at times, Fear found a way to bring moe to it. Have really liked Inami's character in both seasons so this group was easy. ARENA 05: Ayuzawa Misaki Honma Meiko Konoe Subaru [Morishima Haruka] Nakamura Yuri [Shinomiya Ayase] Takahara Ayumi These two stood out over the rest which made it a really easy choice. ARENA 06: [Charlotte Dunois] Gasai Yuno Kisaragi Chihaya Matsumae Ohana Shinonono Hōki Taneshima Poplar [Wendy Marvell] Fun to see the Fairy Tail characters in this one. Best of luck to Wendy, hoping for no faceplants . And got to love Char who saved that series for me. Ikaros while not my favorite had a lot of good moments though this was a tough group for me. Two particular hard one... 1. Stella 4 - Kind of going for Shana & Kagamin. But there's also Kurimu and Kuroko... 2. Nova 8 - Now this is a nightmare...don't know which 2 to pick out of Akarin, Aria, Shoko, Moka, and Kirino... Other than that, Nova 11 I have a little trouble picking my 2nd choice after Niku, and can actually give out one of those "I'll vote for her whenever I can" vote to Holo in Stella 5... EDIT: Since my post is not that far from being the last... As far as result... Group 1 - No comment since it's almost as expected. Kanade is not going to get stop even now... Group 2 - Mami seriously don't get any love in ISML. My Wife #2 get a nice and easy win, Yozora is okay, but Mami can't beat Kanade is just meh...On the other hand, I do underlook Mayo Chiki quite a bit (Mainly b/c my only favorite from that series didn't even get in...) Group 3 - Seriously, Sora > Ika-chan? SERIOUSLY? On the other hand, Madoka can't even get close to Eu-kun, who'll crash and burn into nowhere once things get started (Or not...forgot that Zombie S2 is coming out in April...) Group 4 - I'm starting to doubt whether people actually know how to vote or not...Yui-nyan winning is one thing, but she literally dominate, and to think that she's not even close to the best AB can offered. On the other hand, poor Alice getting absolutely no love. I guess bad series (anime-wise...but what do I expect from the JC Staff + LN combination anyway) just doesn't help. Group 5 - Watch Angel Beats (Kanade aside) crash and burn...Yurippe is not THAT moe (On the other hand, her competition in this group is just not strong) Group 6 - Other than the fact that Poplar gets absolutely no love at all, I don't care... Group 7 - Poor Uguu...I mean, being last is one thing, but can't even beat Rukia in a moe competition? Group 8 - Very meh...not like I expect anything else (Uiharu is just not that strong...) Group 9 - Fuko > CC would have been better for me... Group 10 - Another meh...Kobato (not the chuu-ni imouto) getting no love. Other than that, no surprises. Group 11 - Surprise that Nagi finish 4th, considering that she finishes ahead of Ui and Last Order last year... Group 12 - Nothing unexpected here either. At least this gives me idea of strength of new girls. As usual, there are some BS results that make no sense but on the other hand, I do undervalue some girls... RegalStar Mishaguji-sama Join Date: Oct 2010	Thoughts: -Out of the Nova autoqualifiers, Eucliwood felt like having fallen the most. Charlotte also felt weaker, though that was too be expected. Kuroneko doesn't feel too much weaker, and Kanade is as strong as ever, so I'm relieved on those counts. -On the newcomers, Yozora was a bit stronger than I expected, and Menma did quite a bit better than I thought, although it may be that this is melee rather than 1v1. Yuno did OK since we're still in melee, but I expected Charlotte to pull the distance a bit more. The Madoka crew performed about as much as I expected, which is not that strong at all. Yune is just completely disappointing, but you can't win them all. -On the stella side of matters, I think Nagi's 4th place is more due to the mislableling of her name during the first hour on the two Chinese pages than her own (lack of) strength. Otherwise, everyone performed about as much as I predicted, other than Rin seeming to have benefited more from F/Z than I thought (too bad Nadeko was also benefited somewhat from nise).
