Not as good as last epiode, but I enjoyed this one a lot as well.

Just goes to show how enjoyable the "old" vanilla early konoha scenes can be when they are serious and not comedy.

The way Gai's genin initiation challenge ended (with Lee, Neji and Tenten) might've been one of the most heartwarming scenes I've seen in the anime in quite awhile. Very well done.

Episode 361 - Squad Seven
A very good episode to finish Kakashi ANBU filler, very good indeed. In my opinion the best episodes of this filler arc, is: episodes with Itach Uchiha and 2nd place this episode, 361. The best part was when Naruto did the prank, so funny! lol!!!
As for the next week: The moment we all waited for: NARUTO: Shippuden is back from where they left, canon episodes, no more fillers!!! Isn't that great? No more fillers! (started fillers in January 2014 and after 4 MONTHS CANON episodes)

what a ridiculously enjoyable episode

I loved it. I really didn't mind this entire batch of filler episodes, it actually added a ton of depth to the story as a whole.

I'm glad to see we are going back to canon, but as long as they continue with the quality of the fillers, they can go back to it anytime.

I totally agree. this filler and this last episode were 100% awesome. I liked it more than average canon episodes by a long shot

My only problem with these fillers is that it's looking like we won't get chapter 607 pages 5 - 12 in animated form.

I haven't read the manga so don't know what's coming. But why wouldn't these pages be animated?

Sometimes Anime Team uses manga panels (usually flashbacks) in the filler episodes!

Episode 362 - Kakashi's Resolve
Fillers ended last week, canon started this week.
Weak episode, nothing important happened ...
Kakashi is confused why Obito joined Madara's side and plans to destroy everything. In this episode we see for the first time the Juubi, Shinju (Ten-Tails: The Strongest of them all).
Next week episode is going to be better, I assure you. The episodes of June is full with action and lot of tragedy.

All I can say is that so far the animators (and sound producers) seem to have captured the 10-Tails' terrifying-ness and hugeness PERFECTLY. During the last bit where the abomination was shown, I actually felt my heart-rate briefly go up just a little. THAT'S how it's done, and I can't wait to see more.

And, judging by the next-episode preview, the next ep will be getting an Animation Bump, too.

i thought that was a pretty weak episode. the editing and music were very off for me. this fight will just keep getting better though so i think they are probably putting extra time in for the upcoming episodes

Man, forget just "this episode"; this entire ARC'S gonna be awesome animated. The Kaiju Battle for the first half was beautiful, and the 10-Tails is appropriately awe-inspiring in anime. I can't wait to see what they'll make its freaky second form look like.

...Hey, how come (according to Wikipedia) there's no new episode next week?

This was a really nice story. How Naruto, Sasuke & Sakura ended up with Kakshi as sensei. Some of it was new and some was not. From Kakashi's perspective, things looked slightly different. It's like the fillers didn't end.. Got my hopes up for little bit of new plot. So Obito never got over Kakashi killing Rin.. He really should learn how to let go. Second part of the episode was much better. Kurama pulled an interesting stunt ^^ The fight parts were epic and I really missed them!
