Either I'm stupid, or that one's not canon.
I'm pretty sure it can't be the former, since I recently re-read the manga from chapter 54 all the way to the current one. |

True, but then the Fuuka twins, Sakurako, Makie, Ajaka and Eva also have 'official Akamatsu pactio cards' even though none of these have them in the story.
On the flipside, it also deserves to be noted that Asakura's pactio is exactly the same design as her promotional pactio released long before she made her contract. Why does this matter? Because Hakase's pactio has her with those huge mecha arms, arms which we've already seen her use in the mad scientist chapter. Thus, the subject of Hakase having a pactio with Chao is still up for debate. |

Seriously though, maybe Chao trained Hakase to enable her to chant that spell, or it could be something else. |

No "Negima Fanfic" section, so I'll ask here.
We know of two high-level element-combination spells so far: Jovis Tempestas Fulguriens (Jupiter's Thunderstorm; Lightning + Wind) and Nivis Tempestas Fulguriens (Snowstorm of Darkness; Ice + Dark). I'm trying to come up with a new one for a fic I'm working on. This new directed-wave spell would be a Fire/Wind fusion. The thing is... I can't come up with a proper name. I was thinking of "Mars' Fire Maelstrom" (or Mars' Fire-Storm), but don't know how that would be said in (Ancient?) Greek to fit the rest. Can someone help? |
