Sorry to shatter you dreams in here, guys, but Naruto will be turning to be just like Pokemon. Different names for each season, "new and exciting" adventures, but still the same crap, repeated episode after episode after episode. Pokemon, like Naruto, was fun up until episode 100-120... then it went downhil. 200 hundred episodes later, and they were still traveling through this "new" continent, meeting these "new" people every episode, and having all these "new" adventures, that come out of, at most, 5 different basic ideas.

You might be eager to see Naruto get back on its feet again... but I think things are going from bad to worse.

Second, different audiences - shonen vs. all kids

Third, I don't think there was a Pokemon manga...

A better analogy would be Dragonball (base, Z, GT, etc)

-Hehehe, sorry man but there really is a Pokemon manga as well. It's a decent read and it's about as violent as the Pokemon movies. Only real difference is that there are a lot more adult situations.

It's obvious, the original "Naruto" anime trademark was totally ruined by the fillers, so they had to make a new name

But seriously, the quality will be so much higher that they had to add a new name so that people who stopped watching the low quality eps will check out this new series.

You must have read some doujin...

I've 2 pokemon manga volumes and they've very little to do with what it actually is in th show. doujin like art, funny but no adult situations.

I've actually enjoyed a few of the filler episodes, Especially the one when Naruto urinates on that person's head haha ><
But I can't wait for the real story to pick up again :]]

The new title seems to signify a new start to me, And something for fans to look forward to

anyone else think that:

sakura looks... suprisingly hot for someone who is supposed to not be a hot girl in the series (wasnt she supposed to be wide forheaded & ugly?)

it may just be the animators (& that one picture thats being tossed around where she, kakashi, and naruto post time skip are on a roof somewhere) but she definately looks decently hot.

I'd be more surprised if it started from +200 rather than from episode 1. Atleast I want it to start @ episode 1, freaking pain in the ass to wonder what happened in each episode when you want to rewatch that specific episode.

Perhaps I'll do a Naruto marathon in the christmas holiday, watch as many naruto episodes as I can before the fillers started.
