Ichika's first memory was him in the age of 5. Everything he remember of Chifuyu is after that, Chifuyu was visibly a teen when she told Ichika philosophy of swordmanship. (She was wearing a sailor uniform BTW)

Well all in all, this would be too farfgetched and too much of a twist. But nothing is impossible either.

I use rapid aging only, cryogenics is a bit too complicated for me. Cloning is also a mixed bag.

But preferably, someone past 60 should refrain from heavy workout, keeping light sport just to sustain their body.

Probably 30 minutes until pain and blood loss make them dizzy, much less if the bleeding is heavy.

Yeah, just be sure to keep the part getting shot not moving too much. And even without actual medical procedure, whiskey or something equivalent will help prevent grave infection. The wound should be dressed with clean cloth, even if it's not actual bandage. With this arrangement, they may survive beyond 3-4 hours, again, assuming the blood loss is near-negligible.

Even most hardcore soldier IRL knew when to quit.

There's a saying amongst gun enthusiast "Whatever living object you're aiming at, you already know you'll kill it", this means that one bullet is enough to kill someone, not even a head-shot.

Plenty of account show people can survive a lot of punishment, but dozen upon dozen case proven no, it's not really normal to survive getting shot several times and still standing. We call it miracle.
