I had the same problem, like I will use Tokyo, JA for a example.

Go to Yahoo Weather find a place you want, then it should pop up the weather..

http://weather.yahoo.com/japan/tokyo...tokyo-1118370/

then after that you should see a image "

" click on it and when you do look up to your url.. and the code should be on it like....
