I enjoyed reading through the first part of the flashback. It was interesting to see how events unfolded and the personalities of the characters. Kiritsugu of course was determined to save the world at all costs. I'm sure the panic as he realized what could have happened if Miyu hadn't taken care of that expanding darkness. That probably scared him badly.

Of course just seeing Shirou's dilemma and how he was trapped between two positions was interesting. Shirou himself thinking that the old him died in the accident and that he should fulfill Kiritsugu's beliefs without question. Just interesting seeing him clash in his head with what he himself believed and his attachment to Miyu. Spent time with her, played with her, celebrated her birthday. He'd already gone too far to simply see her as a tool.

Look forward to the translations for the next chapter and seeing how his position really solidified.

Is it safe to assume the Einzbern family (including Ilya and Iris) in Miyu's world all died off the same way Iris did in Fate/Zero?

No. In Fate/Zero, he knew the entire time that he'd have to sacrifice her. Because of this, he steeled his heart and sort of kept her at arm's length. Here, that never happens.

Yeah did Miyuverse Kerry even meet Iris? In this verse the Ainsworth pretty much replaced the Einzberns.

In this verse it seems the character of Illya is split between Miyu and Erika.

Kirei seem to know a lot more but he is a Mapo tofu chef.

I know that never happened in Illya's world, but are you sure that's not the case in Miyu's world? Because the flashback seemed to imply that Kiritsugu was dying from the Grail's curse just like the end of Zero.

He could have gotten sick because of something else.
If he had met Angra Mainyu, I believe he would have given up
already.

No idea. Pretty sure what you originally posted wasn't what is displaying now, though. Think it was something about whether met the same fate as in F/Z without specifying which world you were talking about, hence the answer.

If he had been cursed by Angra Mainyu, he likely didn't know what it was. If he had found a wish granting device and realized it was corrupt and a dead end, after searching most of his life for a way to save the world, he'd give up like he did in F/Z.

Well from what we know there are 4 grail wars before Miyu was involved. Basically she is a substitute cup to whatever lesser grail they were using before. We don't know if Kiritsugu was involved in any grail war in that world. He certainly didn't settle down due to his health like FSN Kerry did.

It seems like there are no Einzberns on this world as far as we can see. Ainsworth has taken their place it seems.

Interestingly Sakura exist in this reality as well. Rin nowhere to be found, either didn't survive the Shadow or is at London. Wonder if like in FSN she is a substitute lesser grail here.

Yup it seems the same plot point exist in the Kaliedverse. Rin knows of Sakura. In fact Sakura fawning over Shirou is the reason she got back into the game.

As for Miyuverse Sakura Rin never met her actually did she?

The theme of the next arc is saving little sisters.
