Also, he does have a point, the only problem is that he pisses off both the moderate Muslims and the extremists with him calling all Muslims the 'bad guys'. And that doesn't settle well with the biggest losing party, who are Christian-oriented and are thus easier to offend than most of the other parties. Wilders already softened his party's agenda on several points, so it's not like they can't work with him at all, it's just that they don't want to, out of pure fear that he'll stick true to his word (which he can't, because he'd still need the other parties to vote for whatever he wants). Right now, the people in charge of making this Parliament happen keep sending us on a wild goose chase, and I wouldn't be surprised if the version that eventually becomes the new Parliament will have Wilders out of the picture altogether, and you can be assured that this won't settle well with thosle who voted for Wilders' party (roughly 1.5 million people iirc). This is not 1930's Germany, where one man gained absolute power and subsequently murdered about 6 million people over the next decade, yet I've spoken to a lot of people who actually fear just that.

Hold off on booze, NASA urges trapped Chile miners

Kind if interesting to see NASA finally having a real job to do after all these years of American political bureaucracy. It is a total waste of their expertise to discover and explore things that the modern US youth cannot be bothered with.

Silicon Oxide Circuits Break Barrier: Nanocrystal Conductors Could Lead to
Massive, Robust 3-D Storage: "Rice University scientists have created the first two-terminal memory chips that use only silicon, one of the most common substances on the planet, in a way that should be easily adaptable to nanoelectronic manufacturing techniques and promises to extend the limits of miniaturization subject to Moore's Law." "Once is accident, twice coincidence, thrice conspiracy" - James Bond.
Guess we're not quite to the conspiracy part yet. The good thing is since the previous fiasco is still fresh in people's minds, the cleanup for this one should go a lot smoother. |

It isn't that they didn't have a plan it is BP and the other oil company over estimated themselves and their ability to deal with this kind of crap.
