According to pubmed, most cases of Acute pancreatitis go away in a week or two after active treatment. However, it is indeed a case of concern, especially if he often drinks alcohol, as it can develop into something more serious and irreversible in the long run. But right now, he's actively tweeting so my guess is that it's not something life-threatening right now. Just my guess though.

He's your typical "slow" main lead he cant tell if a girl likes him even if shes openly obvious about it.

As for yozora i never really liked her being a tsun to the main char is one thing but shes just a bitch to everyone and picks on little kids. I was hoping for like a kind sweet girl to join the crew but i think the storys beyond introducing any new members now unless yusa aoi joins then theres hope for members to keep joining

It's a bit more complex than that. To me, it seems he's suppressing logic and ignoring the signs because any change might bring the whole club down. In a sense he's stuck in his own conceptions.

I don't think her parents would go so far by faking her birth certificate or other documents, maybe Yukimura just persistent to wear male uniform even the teachers told her she's a girl off-screen (and thought they're joking) and just let her has her way? o.o

i haven't really read fr into volume 7 but is there any implication that yusa aoi may join the neighbours club? If i remember correctly she refers to sena as a riajuu? Which would mean shes pretty unpopular herself if she doesnt even know how left out sena is lol

I honestly think the club members now are enough. We need more side characters anyways. There are virtually no other students in this anime outside the club that have names.
