Just a reminder that since the last novel hasn't been published yet, anything regarding the ending is pure speculation at this point. In any case, let's be courteous and place such speculation under properly labeled spoiler tags.

That's quite a lot of text, I'm not that good...
Anyhow, if you are trying to point out that these are English-focused forums, you might be right, but I take that page more as a material, showing a certain movement.
Picture is enough for me personally, but I would, just like you, like a translation to it as well, hehe. Would be a bonus. :D

I don't understand Japanese Text, but judging from the Scan, it seems that it's reintroducing everyone to the characters. The white bubbles around the characters are just summaries explaining who they are. The text in the box on the right side from top to bottom are: The channel it will premier on, the staff, Opening will be sung by ClariS and it'll be called "Reunion", then it lists the Characters/VA's. The Introduction explains the story and the Check Point explains where the story is currently at, and seems to indicate that it'll continue starting from volumes 6-7 of the novels. The end of the box just lets people know how many volumes of the novel is currently out, along with the Blu Ray Box of Season 1.

The text at the bottom explains that the TV Broadcast had a Good End, but shortly after the True Route OVA's were released, and that season 2 will continue following the True Route storyline instead.

Again, I don't really understand Japanese text, but judging from what I'm seeing, it's just a page to let people get reacquainted with the Anime. Also, if I had to take a guess, seeing as how Kyousuke, Kirino, Kuroneko, and Ayase are pictured, the 2nd Season will focus more on those 4 characters rather than everyone else. Of course I'm sure more info will be released later on before the Season starts.

^ Your analysis of the scan appears to be right, IMO.

Yeah, taking a little freeze at 1:45 just points that out. :D

So how many episodes is S2 going to be again? I forgot which novel number the first season went up to.

1st season ended at volume 5, so ss2 probably will end at volume 10. Then they can make OVA as true end and sell them in BlueRay.

It will probably be another half-season, so approximately 12 episodes.
I hope I am wrong though, would love to see more of them, plus ONAs or OVAs in the end as with the First Season. :D

They haven't announced yet. No one will probably know until the new season starts and DVD/BD Information comes out. Considering that they announced that Season 2 will cover the rest of the volumes, that's 7 Novels worth of material. Including the OVA's, it took Season 1 15 Episodes to cover the first 5 Volumes. What's probably going to happen is they'll probably just take the important parts from the novels and put them in the anime. And if there's time to make OVA's, they could just use the material they cut and make OVA's out of them.

Let's just hope for the best and pray they could make like ~20 episode. I'm afraid that even with 15 episode is not going to be enough.

If a show like Sakurasou can get 24 episodes, I'm sure Oreimo can too. Not badmouthing the show btw, I'm just saying you don't usually see shows like Sakurasou get 24 episodes.

Problem is it's a sequel and sequels rarely get a higher episode count than its previous season.
6 volumes adaptation for tv series and hopefully 1 volume adaptation for ovas. gonna be tough to put that in 12 episodes.
