I am surprised to see Lunamaria Hawke even making on the polls...

Must be that short-skirt... friggin pervs.

these polls are alright. STrike Freedom and Akatsuki arent exactly the ugliest abominations ever created to make it to the top, but I'd say they 'aight.

I am really starting to care less about these sellout/fanboy mechas (yes, all of those in the top 5, UC included). graphic novels and manga that has some katoki stuff (AoZ, Sentinel, Crossbone) is where its at Oh how I love unpopular yet great looking machines..

^ Well, personally I like the Sazabi myself. I don't know if its even ranked on the top 10. I don't like the Nu-Gundam, but the HI-NU Gundam from SRW III is an entirely different matter altogether...

Speaking of great mecha designs, one of the best I've ever seen is the YF-19 from Macross Plus (not the VF-19 Fire Valkyrie Kai from 7). Or if you prefer something more rugged, Armored Core and Front Mission are both great places to look into.

and i'm not too fond of macross designs; if I wanted a plane design the real F-22, Su-37, JSF looks better, and mech-wise Gundams look better, as well as some of the SRW mechas (like Huckebein) and FMP arm-slaves...

How the heck can "Tobe! Gundam" be in the lead. That one is the worst OP song I´ve heard in any Gundam show.

Atleast Wings of Words make it high and I see that Kira and Lacus is keeping their momentum up.

Nostalgia is a powerful thing. Powerful enough to propel Fly! Gundam! to #1, yet not powerful enough to oust Kira/Freedom from #1. Funny how it works out like that.

The weekly overall DVD rankings had Zeta III at #1, SEED Destiny Special Edition II at #4, and the final episode of MS IGLOO: Apocalypse 0079 at #9. The weekly anime DVD rankings were Zeta III at #1, SEED Destiny at #3, MS IGLOO at #4, the deluxe pack of the Keroro Gunsou movie at #10, and the standard edition of the Keroro Gunsou movie at #19.
