I want an anime where they fight with swords and they have lots of power and stuff. You know like Bankai for bleach. Super saiyan for dragon ball z, etc,etc..

Kaze no Stigma isn't really much "sword fighting". It's mostly about magic.

The only character with a sword is Ayano.

Let me see: Claymore, Berserk, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Rurouni Kenshin... Although I must say, these are more mature themed than Bleach or Dragonball. Claymore and Berserk are especially dark and bloody.
