Here's my first draft.
And my main concerns are: 1) How crappy is the quality? 2) Does the animation look weird? Things that I can (and will) change is: -Background -The KholdStare -The text on the right But I'm probably going to leave the lady in the snow where she is.

Hm, I like the text, even though the "orrow" might be too small for the blue color. Since I have no clue who is in your sig, I really can't comment except nothing is glaringly wrong. Um, Utawarerumono?
--- I'll probably end up cropping the left empty space of my sig and and my snow more fluid. Yay for really small sigs.

If it were wind, in theory they should be moving even faster and somewhat unevenly. I thought it was fine, until KiNa pointed that out... to make it seem like they were falling down on her you'd need to just shrink the size and maybe make them move back and forth very slightly, but I'm not sure that people would get it. Could make for an interesting experiment.
Recommendation for if you're going to try that: make the snowflakes appear from the edges, and have them move toward the center (or random other regions) as they get smaller. That way it'll seem more like they're coming into your area of vision from around you, rather than just appearing out of nowhere.

That's true, but I wouldn't know how to loop it. Hm... It's a good experiment, but if it doesn't work, then I'll use another girl, since I like the snow animation. At least exams are pretty much over so I can concentrate on this unlike last month.
EDIT: Interesting perception? I'm still playing around with it but here's what I have so far: EDIT2: I'm done for today... I just spent the last two hours of my life editing snow falling...

1. Konstargirl & mimi_girl [*insert entry here*] Collaboration signatures count as one entry from each person. The focus should be on quality, not quantity. It might be an unpopular decision, but it makes voting easier. It's also unfair to those who do not collaborate, as it effectively cuts their chances of winning in half. If a collaboration signature wins the contest, it will be treated as a tie and thus both parties will have to create a theme together. Quote:
It's very nicely done, but this version is slightly over the size limit. 49.54 KB (50730 bytes). It might be easier to smooth out the animation and possibly shrink the file size if fewer snow flakes were used. KholdStare, you might want to ask Riker for tips on that. His tutorial should still be in the sticky of this forum as well.

It looks so white, wheras the one on the floor looks not-so-white. Maybe reducing the opacity a bit could also work.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I came to the conclusion that there is too much snow falling and maybe something should be done about that, but that's tomorrow's project. So far I have one suggestion to add more white to the BG while one saying the snow's too white. That's good to note.
