No "forum games" or "Who are you" threads
Threads like "the word game", "the person above you" or "which character in Naruto are you most like" are pointless. They are normally high volume threads with very little content of value; i.e. mostly noise or one word replies that we do not need.

Unless the OP means where he find an RPG game of Naruto.

silly HTML question, how do i get my image that i want at the top of the page in the middle with the rest fo the background black, right now it stays stuck in the left upper corner and because my background block is bigger than the image it fits itself 1,2 times in the block.. heres my code
