Other characters who Tamura Yukari played that might fit the Marian image are:

Though I heard of Japanese seiyuus voicing multiple characters in the same franchise, I'm not sure if JC Staff will do it with Yukarin. Dummy Check was a minor character in Railgun, after all.

She can also do some pretty childish, lighthearted voices too. If you want a recent example, check out Daily Lives of High-School Boys from this last season.

Negligible though, Endo Aya voiced the Anti-Skill Tessou in Railgun but went on to voice Orsola in Index.

If it's true that JC Staff DOES "recycle" seiyuus, I can imagine Yukarin being Birdway after all.

It should be fine as long as the characters use different vocies; for example Tessou sounds nothing like Orsola.

So with that in mind, who's up for Shizuka Itou using her Haruka voice for Misaki ?

Chiwa Saito is a veru versatile VA, she can do serious, playful and sexy using that voice.

That said though I dont think she would be best suited for Birdway

For me, her most noteworthy roles are Lunamaria Hawke from Gundam Seed Destiny and Ryougi Shiki from Kara no Kyoukai. On a more recent note, she voiced Oshino Shinobu in Nisemonogatari.

Shinobu being said is all that I need. I did watch destiny but that's been years and never much a fan of KnK and I didn't get to watch it even though I had the ova's but read the novel.

ku ku ku master I really like the voice of Shinobu so for Levinia. It's okay for me.

Yep, Also Nino from Arakawa Under the Bridge and Mari Illustrious from Rebuild of Evangelion... Though probably the closest fit to Leivinia would indeed be Shinobu.

Kitamura Eri is one of those VAs who can voice anything- she can be Innocent (Working - Yachiyo), Confident (Nisenmono - Karen), Serious (C3 - Kirika), Playful (Papaki - Miu), and Sexy (Mayo Chiki - Kanade).

If you're looking to bust some nutbladders, I would recommend her to voice WORST

Nakamura is good for Fiamma, but I'm betting on Miyano Mamoru. After all Fiamma sort off wants to become the new God, and Yagami Light sort of became the God of the new world for awhile...

Ollerus for some reason I'm channelling FukaJun through him, only Jun and Mamoru can do serious to silly and back again. And since I'm channelling Jun through Ollerus, I'm willing to settle for Miyuki Sawashiro (Durarara - Celty, Horizon - Masazumi)

Hmm... I think I'd rather have FukuJun as Kakine, if only for an epic Ham-to-Ham Combat with Nobuhiko Okamoto.

And I vote Might Guy for U.S. President. Fate/Zero Rider would be fine, too.
