Kinda odd the artist can't draw Kallen's mouth and eyes differently from the two pictures, the rest of her body seems actually very nicely done to being original than fanart O.o

Actually Kimutaka who also did GaoGaiGar, Betterman, New Dirty Pair, Godannar and nearly all of the promotional material for Code Geass.

For the neighbourhood, Karen (Kallen kozuki) is a caretaker built her family with the man she take care.
Instead, she's a government agent and she protect Lelouch and their children like a lioness protect her pets.
There's a little empty inside Kallen's heart again, but maybe finally she will be able to fill it too.
