Panic?

Nah, Shaft is busy like hell making the 3rd Madoka movie for summer AND making Zenmonogatari. My guess is that it will be broadcast half/half, meaningly 1 cour for Neko Shiro, Kabuki and Yur... um, Hana

, and after a break there will be the 2nd cour. As support for that theory i can only tell that the first 3 arcs are only loosely tied (if in any way), and last 3 have are VERY intertwined.

As for other things...
The Neko Black BD is slated for 6/3 if i'm correct, the penultimate novel is due April, Zen for July, the last novel (yeah, right

) will be somewhere before the end of the year, and Kizu? Let the sleeping dogs lie...

So if you can't stand another month without Shaft goodness, go pick up something new from this list, like i did

I, uh, really don't think so. It would probably be considered 2 separate projects if it was going to be split-cour.

You never know when this could happen, like it did with Bake, and is currently happening with Kizu.
Of course don't get me wrong, i would like a non-split, two-cour, half-year of heavenly Monogatari goodness.

(i feel like some otaku fanboy, as i'm probably the only one making wind in this thread :F)

You guys waiting should just read the LN. It's quite epic.

I'd imagine they want to sneak it in on the same promotional wave as 2nd Season and Owarimonogatari.
Now if there's no word about it as it's airing THEN it's time to panic.

The second season is riddled with Kizu references, so without prior knowledge people will just go 'WAT?'

The earliest one is already in the first arc, so like episode 2-3.

There is actually a very legitimate reason I can think of that explains why the season 2 is coming out before Kizu. However I don't know if they will show it or not because it's one of those meta jokes.
