Doesn't look quite like Aoyama's normal drawing style, though it is relatively close. Wouldn't surprise me if it was one of his assistants, though.

I'm pretty sure its some very clever Photoshopping, pasting faces from the Conan manga onto the bodies of the Milky Holmes manga. It looks pretty convincing though.

And its the only one I've found so far. Translated the thing myself too.
