Just saw that one man rendition of the L*S op, I found it hilarious, not distubing at all...

I always considered this one to be more visually impressive, if only because you can see how good the guy is at drumming.

Wow the guy's drum beat is so intense its drowning out the song. So much more impressive than the actual song itself when the percussion is in the forefront (as it stood I never got to appreciate the drum portion of the song, nor did I really notice it existed, because Aya Hirano's voice and the synth was isolated and the drum beat very far in the background). Very cool.

Impressive... I've never messed with one of those arcade machines... is it able to score the stick clicks as well as the drumbeats?

This explains my two sons stomp the crap out of me in the Rayman's Raving Rabbid musical sequence on the Wii (which parallels this type of thing).... they've had a lot of taiko drum training.

Except that subtracting one channel from the other will strip out anything that was in the center channel, which included a ton of instruments.

How could anyone even translate that OP without inside knowledge of the lyrics?
Haha, that comment made my day.

Sub for eps. 2 is out.

Lucky Star eps. 2 sub

I am gonna wait for a.f.k. myself, but I though it would be nice to mention this release to anyone following the fastest sub.

OMG.

Could it be that they were behind the Kanon viruses too?!

Wee. Well-done, Kaio-chin. Others have taken up your crusade against KyoAni.

Last week, we had Street Fighter parody and it's Tekken parody this time round! The character Kona-chan is using appears to be Craig Marduk from Tekken4/5. Her opponents' characters look familiar, especially the orange & blue outfit one which looks like Eileen from Virtua Fighter 5.

Above, you see the first opponent Kona-chan faces. Notice the YRP on his tshirt? That would be a reference to Final Fantasy X-2 YRP (which stands for Yuna, Rikku and Paine, the 3 main characters).

Overall, I agree I enjoyed Episode#2 more.

I wish you were linking me to a real life Kona-chan playing the game.

Still, if we're getting these kind of references in the second episode --- you just gotta think what'll happen in the next 22 episodes.

seems like the more the series goes on the more ecchier Kona-chan gets. It's either getting to be yuri or ecchi...which is a good thing for me and great timing of words. Wonder why it's PG 13? LOL |3

OMG!!! NICE GASHA TOYS!!! Are they avail now? Please don't tell me it's out of stock?!!!

U_U with Kona-chan blessing I don't see any more reason to non try Gurren Lagann. Go watch it, if you are a man!

(Women are fine too, it's a good show, no joke about that )
