I mentioned it once in the general thread, but it's from Shin Megami Tensei Imagine Online. It's a special crossover event.

I don't play the game, so I only know a little about it. Apparently part of the cross over event involves something hunting down the Sisters and the PCs can try to figure out what's going on as a quest. There are some series specific items, clothes etc, too.

And you can run into Mikoto as well as the Sisters and Kuroko I believe as NPCs.
