Those who know me best know but just to make it clear again: This is actually the first gender bending Sengoku era anime I've watched. I'm just in it for Kanae Ito's glorious voice. And she's certainly delivering.

Reminds me of Sengoku Otome, of few seasons before. But other than some slight comedy, the similarities probably will end there. Not quite fond of the character designs though, certainly hope to grow on it in the future.

Wow, a second good sengoku jidai anime this season... it looks extremely good (minus the huge female foreheads), the story seems promising, and the characters are interesting (including the male protagonist).

I personally am not entertained by the show. Really, bouncing breasts even with a metal breastplate? Puh-leeze.
That said, I like their take on past history, and will continue still due to what little educational value it has. Now I wonder if they'll go up to the death of Nobuna, since the real Nobunaga's killer's version in the show has already been shown.

First episode was a lot better than i thought.
Thought it was some serious show (only browsed some blog images and didn't read synopsis). Still watched the first ep and found a light somedy that could entertain me. Glad i watched it, hope it will remain light and dont jump into overly serious stuff.

Don't know, based on LN, the story follows historical events fairly closely, albeit with it's own twists. (A reason I loved this series.) Despite the gender bending, the series is more similar to FMA Movie than Ikkitousen.

First episode was not bad. The male lead's use of knowledge from the future to alter events is a fairly interesting otherwise he's okay. Liked the character design and production overall surprising good too.

I wouldn't be surprised that didn't even happen this time around. Sugara seems hell bent on telling everybody he knows the future and is willing to make Nobuna dream a reality. He unlike your usual time-traveller doesn't seem to care about repercussions of his actions on modern day world. |
