Does all the suits and their names follow what's in the comic or they create some original suits?

Many of them, like the "Silver Centurion", are based on the comic books. Another example, "Igor" is practically the Hulkbuster Armor in all but name.

It is also a matter of progression. A true Hulkbuster would actually be too strong at this stage of the film continuity. So my belief is that the Igor would be the Mark I that would one day become the Hulkbuster. Right now it isn't possible for Tony to make something strong enough to face the Hulk yet.

I also notice that Igor's design resemble the Ironmonger. It isn't possible for Tony to have his arms to fit inside Igor's limbs. And as such it is likely only his legs are in the lower limbs, while the rest of Tony are contained in the Igor torso.

am i the only one here who thinks that this is another conspiracy of TO SELL MORE TOYS?, check out all those new armors w00t!!! please collect them all like Pokemons including the ones that does not appear cannon in the screen!!!

It is actually entirely canon for Tony to have literally hundreds of armours in his basement. Unlike Batman who doesn't have that many sets of outfits compared to the toyline, Tony Stark does always have spare armour lying around.

Batman has many batmobiles. Tony has many armours.

As I mentioned before, Iron Man 2 broke the floodgates. It introduced the possibility of mass production, and drone control. Tony is merely imitating his enemies.
