Does anyone else get the impression that Meme's teasing is more than just? I mean, Mako did sorta look like his dad in that picture, right? And his dad and her were close, right?

Close as in they were siblings. I don't think his dad pulled an Araragi.

Life seems to be going ok so far for Makoto, being with three girls in different times and all. Makoto goes on a potential date with Ryuuko, and she likes to mix fruit drinks. It is nice to hear that both Ryuuko and Maekawa gave out reletively serious information when talking to Makoto, which was something Makato needs from a distorted family that he lives in. Makoto manages to find Erio walking alone and confronts her about not being an alien and all. Erio just passes it off for today. Meme comes in and starts to toy around with him mentally and physically. So, Meme was just playing around herself and was caught off guard realizing that she was Erio on her. She also suffers from bad parenting; therefore, leaving her alone and making her do things by herself. She tells Makoto not to get too involved with Erio. She must be hiding a particular information that is not being said. Ah, I see the pain in his eyes. If he wanted too, I am sure he would tap her, but is probably conscious about her personality.

The next day arrives, and we get a slew of references one after the other. Makoto will do whatever it takes to get Erio to openly admit to her that she indeed is an Earthling. He will not only shatter the illusion but violate his personal philosophy. He immediately goes home and tells her that he will fly with her. I see SHAFT really wants to make a name for itself in its own anime. It probably is not helpful as the name of a ... bike polisher? Makoto rides to the top of the hill, and, before he knows it, the gears are jammed, and he cannot do anything to stop it. He tries using his shoes, but that did not work. instead he decides to risk it all and jump off the railing, only to fall to the water. Erio immediately admits that she is an earthling. It is nice that Makoto finally manages to talk some sense into him. Yes, Erio is still very beautiful, even if she is wet.

Third episode was great fun again!

He should think of other locations for more dates with Ryuuko. If he has to drink any more of her "fabulous" drink-mixes, his stomach will certainly suffer

Meme was epic when she invited herself over to Makoto's room XD
She does hit on Makoto several times: "I'm not wearing a bra", saying that he's the one thing in the room you can play with, embracing him, "Let's sleep together"... and I somehow can't quite shake the feeling that she only told him to stay away from Erio because she wants Makoto all for herself

Later Makoto starts "Project E.T." to bring Erio back to her senses. However, his plan isn't well thought through ans the inclination is too steep for him to be able to brake anymore, bringing himself and Erio into great danger. They're just lucky they didn't get hurt when falling over the cliff
Well, at least it did help Erio to get better again.

Some interesting thing I noticed: it seems Makotos school has a contract with the German sports manufacturer Adidas, note the three stripes on the shoes:

Not bad, but it's lacking proper effort. Take at the tutorial above about how it's done.
Also, plain white is just lame. Use a nice, decorative futon like Erio.

Seriously, I dont remember watching any shows with so many cute girls (especially those lips, hairs, faces and eyes). Is this the standard for Shaft? I never pay attention to whoever makes the show, so I have no idea.

In any event, great episode. Unexpectedly quick development with Erio, and all-around fantastically entertaining. I also just have to say, that aunt has a magnificent butt.
