I like mangaka culture, so I be following this series.
The stoic author and very animated girl is fun.

Its like a reverse mangaka-san to assistant-san, only its a girl this time with a harem of guys.

I like the bit addressing how its not allowed for two people to ride on a single-rider bicycle anymore.
Shoujo fantasy destroyed.

Its like the guy version where no school uses bloomers anymore as the standard PE uniform, but animes still have them.

Episode 1 Impressions:

Sakura is just a bag of adorableness.
Do people normally say "I'm your fan" during confessions?
I'm actually curious to know how many actual male shoujo artist there are.
Rather than outlawing two people riding on a single bike, they really should enforce wearing helmets. Seriously, that would probably help avoid serious injuries better. The only manga that people wear helmets is Yowamushi Pedal. But then again, not really romantic I guess.
That two people bike scene, had me laughing. But I agree with some that it might have dragged on a bit too much.
The male mc is either secretly a genius or just really lucky.

A good start, will watch the next episode. Still hoping the author's other work, Oresama Teacher gets an adaption soon someday.

It was a pleasant start for me. The premise of this show drew my interest...and my first avatar for the summer season!

Now this, I really liked!

This looks like it's going to be a pisstake on Shojo. Sakura was cute without being annoying and Nozuki was hilarious.

Also, this series does not make me uncomfortable with OPPAI and breast sucking like Mangaka to Assistant-san did.

the only thing that struck me weird was Nozuki just drawing up full complete pages of his ideas and brainstorming instead of names for his drafts.

Bakuman has taught me well.

Don't expect harem here not even any triangle that would metter. It's actualy more fun than jut that. I think that much should be allowed to say.

There seems to be two pisstakes on Shoujo; the other is Sabagebu, which also disses on C3-Bu.
Not that I have any problem with this.

All I can say for Episode 1 is "What the hell with the tandem bike, Nozaki-kun!?" Seriously, it sure crack me up!

On the other hand, I feel sorry for Sakura... I mean, she's having those stammer issues. Now Sakura can't express what she truly feels. Poor girl, looks like she's stuck as a fan and an assistant!

That was a lot funnier then I thought it would be, haven't laughed this hard in a long time. I really enjoy amines looking inside the manga industry and this one is clearly going be exploring and poking fun of the shojo genre. I really like the fact that Nozaki has a dead pan expression throughout and makes me wonder how on earth did he became a mangaka. Also that bike scene that was so funny I was nearly flying off my chair. This also works really well for a full length anime unlike the last manga anime last season Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to The Animation. Anyway hopefully this continues to be solid and more poking fun of the shojo genre.

That was thoroughly enjoyable. A good dose of humor, and luckily the MC is a relatively normal guy. Can't wait to see more.

I don't know how it did it, but this one hit all the right notes with it's humour, characters and everything. I never thought I'd find a series of this description I'd not just find watchable but actually like right off the bat.

That was fun! I thought Nozaki was a teacher when I first saw him. The 4-wheeled bike amused me. Do tandem bikes really have 4 wheels?? Looking forward to the new episode.

The comedy wasn't that amazing overall but I definitely liked the bicycle gag.
