hyouka didn't make it in saimoe and index .... I'm not sure what happen to her

Index is indeed really cute. Way too cute than Misaka. Though maybe it's because I rarely seen her in normal dress than nun dress so the impact of her is bigger than Misaka. I just often see biribiri in different dress that its' not that much of a spectacle anymore.
