In that case, it was Lelouch's loss, if his brain went in an unconscious state.

Someone must know something in the year or so that this series has been out...

I've never even heard of Sayoko's diary. *Interest is piqued*

There were summaries and they were subbed, I know there are quite some blog sites that cover this
Just look for the DVD magazines, Sayako's Diary is in those episodes

Sayako's Diary are short comedy pieces that were released with the DVD magazine episodes (2 in total) (which was a flashback of R1 in 2 parts with top 10's of scenes that you could vote for)
They are quite funny:

And its not hard finding info >.>

You know what I would have loved to get that same kind of treatment? The audio skit "Knightmare, Come On Down!" The Shinkirou sounded hilarious from what I read.

Just a question:

Rolo's Geass stops his heart. Would it be possible to bypass that flaw by surgically adding a mechanical unit that serves as a second heart to maintain his cardiac system should his natural heart stop while using his Geass?

Short of The Outer Limits, there is no such mechanical system. Theoretically it could work, though.

Nuh-uh! If his heart's working, his geass won't do it's thing - if the heart found some way to beat then his geass would not work properly. An active geass from Rolo must always drain him via cessation of circulatory functions. That's just the price he pays. Every geass is to come with its price, that's just a fact in the CG universe.

But there's no law that says the price must be immutable. If he could cheat his way around the problem then it wouldn't matter. Just like Lelouch countered his active Geass with a contact.

Conversely no law sez the price can be immutable. If Rolo could cheat his way around the problem CG would be much different...

Yes, but this is a matter of practicality. It's one thing to block eyesight. Quite another to make an internal organ function without the nerves firing.

Only Kallen, his sister, probably Lloyd, Cecile, and Nina, maybe Tohdoh, and that's about all I think there is, aside from the obvious.

In episode 16 of season 1, while shopping at the store, Sayoko is humming one of the Big O theme songs. Is this a dub only thing, or was it also present in the original Japanese audio track?

Which Big O theme song? You're going to have to be specific. I don't recognize the tune.
