& like i said in my previous post, i'm happy that Fukuyama Jun got a role in this, especially the role he is doing. He has a spot on evil voice, that works nicely for Kagaho.

I also feel the same for Sakurai Takahiro.

As for Hirano Aya, personally it's roles like this that she really shines at.

Well I wait future OAV to speak about Jun Fukuyama performance, he will have some screen time , like Asmita (Akira Ishida).

That's just perfect. Kamiya Hiroshi is one of my favorite seiyuu, and he has the perfect soft voice for Albafica (going by what i've read about him, and seen in the episode five preview). I'm very pleased with this decision.

Albafica never really got my attention. His fight against Minos was good, but not great like many people think. To me,

Hasgard vs Kagaho

is way better. They were both evenly match. They both had speed and massive techniques. It doesn't get any better than that, but that's just my opinion.

I don't know why I'm still skeptic about the anime. But all will be revealed in the episodes 5 & 6, action and fighting is a core component of Saint Seiya. If they get this right, the rest is just details. (Fingers crossed).

Well when i see the preview of OAV 5, I am full of hope. The only element why I'm a bit sceptic is the soundtrack of Lost Canvas. I don't like it (except 2-3 themes) so I hope there will be some incredible music for Albafica's fight!

Oh and TMS changed some things from the manga, but well that's OK.

the way of the story in eps 3 feels like back to the old Seiya feel, the guys are over hot-blooded, the dead Saints revived to kill Athena, people get whacked up high to the ceiling...

at least the girl in the pic above may bring some excitement in eps 4

Yeah you're right, Lost Canvas is so "saint seiya" : the good, the evil, the hero who never give up, Pegasus Ryu Sei ken!!!...
I think these shonens is a bit outdated. But well, I love Saint Seiya so, of course I follow Lost Canvas and there are some moments where you should be surprised (I think ).

Yuzuriha is cool, but I don't know if she will bring you some excitement -_-.

Sasha's boobs are getting ridi(k)culously bigger and bigger each chapter... maybe in order to match Pandwhora's. Ah... I regret Hilda (one of the most beautiful and tragic character seen in Saint Seiya) back from Asgard chapters of the classic Pandora.

I watched again the Hades Sanctuary Episodes, that charming power she has is incredible... even Rhadamantys can't resist (the "love whisper while drinking an iced scotch" wonderful )



I prefer Yuzu-chan, too... and Yato is very cute when is shouting "Yuzuhira !!" everytime.

Hilda is my best female character in Saint Seiya, but in Lost Canvas it's Yuzu .
I love Hilda's design, her story; but I woud like to see her more!

Sasha is cute with her boobs , but I prefer females characters who fight (physical )!

Yeah Pandora of Saint seiya was cool, I love her design.

Shiori need to make some cool females characters (but male too of course)!

YO guys calm down!! what's with the boobs and female talk in these last posts.
The original Saint Seiya never included any kind of fan service and yet it still is the best of the series.
Honestly, I hope the animators don't get too far with the fan service, or the anime will get cheap and cheesy.
In fact, Saint Seiya has been criticized for giving female characters secondary roles and weak positions, Athena is always in distress, Hilda is possessed, Pandora is the victim of herself, Marin is an author's mistake, and Shaina either hates or falls in love, ALL of them pathetic.
Don't get me wrong, I support emphasizing the role of women in Saint Seiya, but not this way.
Here's a tip for the author's to make Saint Seiya better, KILL Athena already! The Saints fight for justice, not for Athena.(This is exactly what Saga, Shura, and Camus did in Hades Sanctuary).
I'm sure the series will run just fine without Athena. The guys are awesome by themselves.
Oh and if anyone is craving for fan service, watch Naruto or something...
P.S: Excuse me for being a little frustrated in my post. But I love Saint Seiya soooo much.

You're right, there are not really fan service in Saint Seiya (well if you speak about Pandora trident between her legs... ), and I think it's better!

Shiori Teshirogi did a lot of fanservice in her manga..., talk to her!
I'm not against a bit fanservice, but not that much!
Well, there are not a lot of fanservice in Lost Canvas begining.

Today, it seems fanservice is a must-have... We need some boobs/pants to watch a show so perhaps some people will follow Lost Canvas because of a bit fan service .

And yeah female character in Saint Seiya are not really awesome in my opinion. I love Hilda or Pandora but they are not warriors. Well at least, they are sexy/beautiful. I would like to see some females warriors. I don't speak about Shaina/Marine who aren't very good...
So I hope Shiori will change that in Lost Canvas but it seems she only want to do some fanservice on her, too bad. She's a female mangaka, why she can't do an awesome female character?

this is not a complain, but i noticed something strange about eps 4:

- the old blacksmith choosed to fix Unicorn's armor before checking on the dying Tenma?

- instead of attack with full force, Hades decided to send only a few of his warriors, they think they have higher chance to defeat 12 Gold Saints like this?

- why did thay bad guy who chained Tenma not inform Hades that he is not really dead yet?

- the old blacksmith again instructed 2 Bronze Saints and a Silver-level warrior without armor to go deep into hell for a mission?

the animation is good but the characters' actions are a bit strange
