Yes it is. it is taken from the from the end of either volume 2 or volume 3 just before the omakes.

Yes. But there are only a few characters in it though. To tell the truth, it's pretty sparse for a relations diagram. I was fairly disappointed.

Seeing the chart seems it's indeed an end for Tsukune x Moka. also thanks for the larger version. My new accounts on FH and MH are still qued so I still can't post there yet.

Tsukune craving blood isn't anything new, he struggles with it throughout the last half of the first season. More specifically, if I recall correctly he thirsted for Moka's blood in particular.
