I think it's been hinted that the Angel Fall incident did happen; in August 31 midnight Touma has a picture of Index in her swimsuit as his phone wallpaper (okay maybe not wallpaper but its funny to think it that way) and he offhandedly mentioned going to the beach.

So they skipped the Deep Blood arc, but not the Angel Fall.

...Or maybe Touma actually spent and uneventful trip for once

I'm thinking(and hoping) that it didn't happen and they just had a good time. I want to see the Angel Fall arc in the manga since I heard it was edited alot in the Anime.

The big problem here is that index is a monthly manga. So its like 1 or 2 arcs a year but really slow.

For an old hag, Laura certain looks cute in the manga

It seems the chapter ends with Touma running into Orsola, who for some reason really looks 'mature' in certain aspects, if-you-know-what-I-mean...

At this pace, I estimate that it would take 8 chapters to complete the [Book of Law] arc; basically the rest of this year.

You can have her for all I care but there's going to be a problem if the theory that Laura is Index mother and Aleister as the father is true.

Considering that Aleister has spent the last 60 ~ 80 years stuck in a tube hibernating; in order for Index to be his "so called dead" daughter she should be close to 90 of age (remember that he had a family while in the magic side), so I "don't think so". Heck, Laura has a better chance of being his daughter.

Initially she was shown when Kaori was fighting Touma in a flash back. Now she shows up in chp 45 doing that briefing that she did in Vol 7 prologue, about her facial expressions and attitude, let's say that Laura can't be properly sumed up without seen her in action.

I've got around to reading the Chinese version of Ch46; 'smoking hot'? debatable. What stood out the most for me was Stiyl didn't remotely look 14 in this chapter lol... ^.^;
